Job summary

Wavetronix is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, configure, and support our traffic radar products across New England. You will travel about 60% of the time, perform on-site installations, provide customer training, and maintain strong customer relationships.

The role requires a technical degree or ITS/traffic certifications, solid networking basics, and experience with field service in ITS cabinets. A company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• Travel to multiple locations and perform on-site installation and support.
• Provide customer support during field visits and phone support.
• Demonstrate and troubleshoot products and train customers.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Wavetronix products at sites.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in the field.
• Travel ~60% with a company vehicle provided.
