Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 20 years of related experience.
• Experience in contract and staff management.
• Advanced skills in technical writing and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work with clients and stakeholders outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Support statewide and regional TIM activities including training, data analysis, and reporting.
• Manage TIM programs, quick clearance initiatives, and outreach activities.
• Provide analytics, reporting, and recommendations for initiatives.
• Participate in regional TIM and related program meetings.
• Collaborate with statewide analysts to ensure continuity when resources are limited.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
