Sight & Sound Brand is seeking a Traffic Greeter to provide exceptional guest experiences in the Lancaster area. You will prepare the parking lot, warmly greet guests, and identify needs while directing guests under various weather conditions.

The role emphasizes safety, proactive problem-solving, and collaboration with other guest service teams to ensure a smooth show-run and a welcoming environment for all visitors.

The Traffic Greeter is responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience that creates an atmosphere of rest and wonder, preparing hearts for the gospel message. They provide genuine and timely service, park cars, coaches, and other vehicles efficiently, listen actively, and anticipate needs. They provide an exceptional employee experience characterized by a culture of
trust and collaboration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Partner with team members to provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Prepare the parking lot for guest arrival.
• Provide a visual and verbal greeting and identify needs while directing guests in various weather conditions.
• Ensure a safe and restful parking process.
• Proactively anticipate and respond to a wide variety of guest needs.
• Creatively problem-solve challenging situations.
• Diffuse, de-escalate, and resolve conflict situations.

The physical demands of this position are active in nature. You will be on your feet most of the day, walking and running regularly, outdoors and indoors, outdoors during extreme weather and temperature, consistently communicating with team members on a headset, and physically assisting Guests. While indoors you will be expected to use stairs regularly. This position is expected to frequently operate golf carts as well as lift/exert up to 25 lbs. of force.

A valid driver's license may be required in order to operate motorized passenger vehicles. This position may require the frequent use of handheld digital devices.
