Stratosphere Gaming, LLC is seeking a Traffic Facilitator at The STRAT in Las Vegas. This role focuses on safe, organized traffic flow in valet and arrival zones while delivering excellent guest service.

You will inform guests about events, coordinate with security, and uphold gaming regulations and internal controls. The position requires clear communication, a team mindset, and a commitment to a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of guest service or valet experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture.
• Monitor and manage traffic flow in valet and guest drop-off zones.
• Politely inform guests when vehicles need to be moved from guest arrival areas.
• Coordinate with Security when vehicles are left unattended or present a hazard.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding casino events, amenities, and directions.
• Safely transport guests as directed, following all company and regulatory driving policies.
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free traffic and work zones.
• Promptly report incidents or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States

• Occasionally push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels
