Job summary

The Stratosphere Gaming, LLC is seeking a Traffic Facilitator to manage valet traffic, assist guests, and uphold safety standards across our resort property in Las Vegas. You will guide guests, relay event information, and coordinate with Security to keep driveways clear while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

Key duties include monitoring traffic flow, responding to inquiries about casino events and directions, transporting guests when needed, and reporting hazards promptly.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required to interact with guests and team members.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred to assist a diverse guest base.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage traffic flow in valet and guest drop-off zones.
• Inform guests about events, amenities, and directions with courtesy.
• Coordinate with Security when vehicles are left unattended or hazards exist.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide safe, efficient transportation as directed.
• Report incidents or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
