Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and EIT certification (working toward PE in Minnesota).
• Experience in highway/traffic engineering preferred.
• Experience with consultants/contractors advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic highway design or traffic engineering support for projects.
• Review construction plans and manage traffic data collection.
• Coordinate with design engineers, project managers, field staff, consultants, and officials.
