Job summary

Traffic Management is seeking a Flagger/Traffic Controller at our Orlando, FL location. You will help close roads safely using cones and barricades, perform two-way flagging, and assist with loading and delivering traffic control gear.

No experience is required to start, with on-the-job training and immediate opportunities for growth. You must be able to work outdoors in all weather, lift up to 50 lbs, and be available nights and weekends on call.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license for 3+ years and clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather.
• On-call availability including nights and weekends.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for 6–12 hours.
• English proficiency required for safety coordination.
• Must pass drug test (THC testing included).
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety in road closures using cones/barricades and manage two-way flagging.
• Load trucks and deliver/pick up barricades, signs, and traffic control equipment; complete reports as needed.

Responsibilities

Safety is our business! As a Flagger/Traffic Controller you are responsible for various road closures and the safety of those passing by. In this job, you will learn how to close off a road using cones/ barricades and be responsible for two-way flagging. Two-way flagging is using a stop & slow sign to allow the traffic to know when they can pass work zones safely.You will also be responsible for loading trucks and delivering/Picking-up barricades, signs & Traffic Control equipment and complete reports and other duties as necessary.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license for 3Yearsand a clear motor vehicle record.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be available during business hours and able to work nights/ weekends when on-call schedule.
• Able to lift 50lbs and stand on your feet for 6-12 hours per day.
• Decent Communication Skills? English proficiency required for safety coordination.
• Must be able to pass drug test that does include THC marijuana testing.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
