Job summary

Traffic Management, LLC is hiring a Flagger/Traffic Controller to ensure road safety and manage traffic flow at job sites in the Orlando area. You will learn to close roads with cones and barricades and handle two-way flagging, while supporting loading and transport of gear and completing reports.

Starting compensation matches the listed $16.00–$18.00 per hour. On-the-job training, opportunities for advancement, health benefits, and weekly pay are offered to successful candidates.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license for 3 years and a clear motor vehicle record.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be available during business hours and able to work nights/weekends on-call schedule.
• Able to lift 50lbs and stand 6-12 hours per day.
• Decent communication skills; English proficiency required for safety coordination.
• Must pass a drug test that includes THC marijuana testing.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Safety is our business! As a Flagger/Traffic Controller you are responsible for various road closures and the safety of those passing by.
• Close off roads using cones/barricades and manage two-way flagging with a stop & slow sign.
• Load trucks and deliver/pick-up barricades, signs & traffic control equipment; complete reports and other duties as necessary.
