Job summary

Traffic Management, LLC in Greeley, CO is hiring a Flagger/Traffic Controller to manage road closures and the safety of passing traffic. You will learn to close roads with cones and barricades, perform two-way flagging, and handle loading and pickup of signs and equipment.

Workers may on occasion be scheduled nights or weekends and must have a valid driver's license and clean MVR. The company offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for rapid advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license for 2 years and a clear motor vehicle record.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• On-call hours may include nights and weekends.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand 6–12 hours per day.
• English proficiency for safety coordination.
• Pass drug test that includes THC testing.
• Work independently and in a team.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Close roads using cones and barricades and ensure public safety in work zones.
• Perform two-way flagging using a stop/slow sign to control traffic.
• Load trucks and deliver/pick up barricades, signs and traffic control equipment.
• Complete reports and perform other duties as necessary.

Responsibilities

Safety is our business! As a Flagger/Traffic Controller you are responsible for various road closures and the safety of those passing by. In this job, you will learn how to close off a road using cones/ barricades and be responsible for two-way flagging. Two-way flagging is using a stop & slow sign to allow the traffic to know when they can pass work zones safely. You will also be responsible for loading trucks and delivering/Picking-up barricades, signs & Traffic Control equipment and complete reports and other duties as necessary.

• Must have a valid driver’s license for 2 Yearsand a clear motor vehicle record.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• This role requires the ability to work with no fixed schedule and variable hours. Must be available during business hours and able to work nights/ weekends when on‑call schedule.
• Able to lift 50lbs and stand on your feet for 6-12 hours per day.
• Decent Communication Skills? English proficiency required for safety coordination.
• Must be able to pass drug test that does include THC marijuana testing.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
