Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum age 18 for Colorado Flagger certification.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license with clean driving record; CDL preferred or required.
• Ability to obtain Colorado Flagger Certification post-hire.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, monitor, and dismantle temporary traffic control devices and work zones.
• Implement Traffic Control Plans (TCPs) for lane closures and detours.
• Perform flagging duties directing traffic per CDOT/MUTCD standards.
• Transport, load, unload, stage equipment to/from sites.
• Conduct regular inspections and adjust devices as needed.
• Maintain daily records and inventories of devices.
