Traffic Control Laborer – NE and IA

This manual labor position involves delivery, setup, and tear down of traffic control devices. Candidates must be dependable, willing, and able to perform physically demanding work in all seasonal elements.

Part‑Time Flaggers – NE and IA

Flaggers direct and control the flow of traffic in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with municipal, state, and federal guidelines.

Requirements (some vary between positions)

• Must be able to lift and move items.
• Must be able to stand, walk, turn, stoop, kneel, and crouch, including on uneven terrain.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to continuously drive on a start and stop basis.

Work Environment

• Employees will work outdoors in conditions such as humidity, cold, heat, moisture, and wind.
• Noise levels can become loud at times.
• Employees are frequently exposed to slow‑ or fast‑moving traffic.
• This is a drug‑free workplace; all employees are subject to drug testing required by federal regulations.
