Job summary

Flagger Force, LLC is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers (Crew Members) to join our safety-driven team in Terre Haute, IN. You’ll be dispatched from home to job sites and play a key role in guiding traffic in work zones with proper equipment and clear communication.

The position offers a path for advancement to Crew Leader roles within 30–90 days. You’ll receive weekly pay, a $500 promotional bonus, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus PTO and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Able to pass MVR review.
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6 AM).
• Physical endurance to stand 8–12 hours outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe traffic control zones.
• Direct traffic to protect motorists, pedestrians, and workers.
• Work as part of a crew to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Gain hands-on experience in traffic control.
