Job summary

Flagger Force, LLC in Fort Wayne, Indiana is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to guide traffic safely in work zones. You’ll set up and maintain temporary traffic control, assist Crew Leaders, and work as part of a safety-conscious team outdoors.

This essential role offers weekly pay, advancement opportunities to crew leadership in 30–90 days, a $500 promotional bonus, paid training, and benefits. Ideal for reliable, outdoors-loving individuals committed to public safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required.
• Employees must be able to drive themselves to/from job sites (ride-sharing not permitted).
• Satisfactory driving record that meets company requirements (MVR reviewed).
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM).
• Physical endurance to stand 8–12 hours, walk 1–2 miles, lift 30–50 lbs, outdoors in varying conditions.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork and reliability.
• Steel-toe or composite-toe boots 6" height required.
• Approved two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
