Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking personnel to perform outdoor traffic control at job sites, with comprehensive training provided. The role requires lifting up to 60 pounds, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in all weather conditions, often near traffic.

Responsibilities include setting up cones, signs, and barricades, guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles, and adhering to safety protocols while staying alert and respectful to coworkers and the public.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or degree required.
• Comprehensive training provided.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Set up and dismantle cones, signs, and barricades.
• Direct traffic with stop/slow paddles.
• Maintain safety protocols at all times.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors.
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are safe and clean.
