Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro seeks a Traffic Safety Protector to manage traffic control at diverse sites. No prior experience required; full training and safety certification provided. You will set up cones and signs, guide vehicles, and follow safety protocols while supporting a dynamic team.

Shifts include nights, weekends, and emergency coverage in outdoor environments. Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, and comfortable standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in varying

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver2s license.
Ability to stand, walk, and lift 400 pounds for extended periods.
Willingness to work in traffic and various weather conditions.
Reliable and punctual attendance.
Pass pre-hire screening, including drug tests.
Respectful attitude towards coworkers, clients, and the public.

Responsibilities

Set up and remove cones, signs, and barricades.
Direct traffic with stop/slow paddles and monitor site activity.
Adhere to safety protocols learned during training.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Maintain vehicle and equipment safety and cleanliness.
Work outdoors in all weather with flexible shifts including nights, weekends, or emergencies.
