Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is hiring a Traffic Safety Protector to help manage traffic safety at job sites. Training is provided, no prior experience or degree required, and you’ll work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities include setting up cones and signs, guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles, and maintaining safety protocols. Expect flexible scheduling, potential night/weekend shifts, and overtime with pay increases within the first year.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to stand and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 40–50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic and diverse weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule and punctuality.
• Ability to pass pre-hire screening, including drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and dismantling traffic control devices.
• Guiding traffic using stop/slow paddles.
• Following safety protocols learned during training.
• Communicating effectively with team members.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
