Job summary

RoadSafe Traffic Systems is seeking a Traffic Control Flagger to direct traffic around construction zones and work sites. The role involves setting up signs, cones, and barricades to protect workers and the public, coordinating with motorists using hand signals and paddles, and maintaining safety and compliance in all conditions.

Candidates must hold a valid driver's license, pass a drug test and DOT requirements, and be willing to travel statewide with occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check including MVR.
• Willingness to travel statewide with possible overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Set up signs, cones, and devices to divert traffic.
• Manage traffic flow with stop/slow paddles.
• Communicate clearly with team via two-way radios.
• Stand and walk for extended periods up to 10 hours daily.
