Flagger Force is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to help protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones. Flaggers are dispatched from home to sites across the eastern United States, offering convenience and flexibility.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and growth, with weekly pay, outstanding advancement opportunities to Crewe Leader within 30-90 days, and a $500 promotional bonus. Join a safety-driven culture that values growth and community impact.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle required.
• Satisfactory driving record that meets company vehicle driving requirements.
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM – late afternoon).
• Physical endurance – stand 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles, lift 30-50 lbs, outdoors in various conditions.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
• Obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots (6" height).
• Approved two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
