Flagger Force in Louisville, KY, is seeking Traffic Control Flaggers to join our safety-driven team. Crew Members are dispatched from home to work sites to guide traffic and assist in setting up safe work zones.

This essential role supports public safety and infrastructure while offering growth and leadership pathways. We provide weekly competitive pay, advancement opportunities within 30–90 days, and a $500 promotional bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Satisfactory driving record; MVR review.
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM).
• Physical endurance: stand 8–12 hours, walk 1–2 miles, lift 30–50 lbs.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork and reliability.
• Obtain steel-toe or composite boots (6" height).
• Approved two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
