Job summary

Flagger Force, LLC is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers (Crew Members) in Maryland to guide traffic in active work zones and support Crew Leaders. You’ll set up and maintain safe zones, work with a team, and gain hands-on traffic control experience in varied outdoor conditions.

The role offers weekly pay, advancement paths to Crew Leader within 30–90 days, and a $500 promotional bonus, plus training and benefits. Join our safety-driven, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Satisfactory driving record that meets company requirements.
• Availability Monday-Friday (as early as 6AM - late afternoon).
• Physical endurance - stand 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles/day, lift 30-50 lbs.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork and reliability.
• Obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots that lace above the ankles (min 6 in).
• Approved two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
