Job summary

Flagger Force, LLC is seeking Traffic Control Flaggers to safely guide traffic in active work zones across Indiana. You’ll be dispatched from home to job sites, with weekly pay and a path to leadership within 30–90 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle required.
• Satisfactory driving record that meets company vehicle driving requirements.
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM – late afternoon).
• Physical endurance – stand 8–12 hours, walk 1–2 miles daily, lift 30–50 lbs, outdoors in varying conditions.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork and reliability.
• Obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots (6"+ height).
• Approved two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
