Job Description

Role Description: As a Traffic Control Flagger, your responsibilities include:

• Establishing and maintaining safe work zones with proper equipment.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure safety.
• Managing traffic flow with stop/slow paddles.
• Providing exceptional service and protection to clients.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift 50-60 lbs.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings.
• Driving experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including a drug test, as this is a safety-sensitive role.

Additional Information

• Competitive pay: $17.00 to $17.75/hour, overtime opportunities, guaranteed pay increase within the first year.
• Rapid advancement: Potential to become a Senior Protector in 4 months, with further growth to Lead Protector, Field Supervisor, or Manager roles.
