Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to join our field team. You will set up cones, signs, and barricades, guide vehicles, and monitor site activity, ensuring safety at multiple outdoor job sites.

No prior experience or degree is required; comprehensive training and support are provided, including traffic safety certification. The role involves working in all weather, nights or weekends as needed, with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Job description

Role Overview

As a Traffic Safety Protector, you will work with a team at various job sites to ensure traffic management and safety.

No prior experience or degree is required; comprehensive training and support are provided.

Your responsibilities include setting up cones, signs, and barricades, operating traffic control equipment, and guiding vehicles using stop/slow paddles.

You will follow all safety protocols, communicate effectively with your crew and supervisor, and maintain equipment cleanliness.

This outdoor role involves working in all weather conditions, standing or walking for extended periods, and possibly working nights, weekends, or emergency shifts.

You must wear provided safety gear and bring steel-toe boots.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $16.25-$17.00/hour, with overtime and potential increases in the first year.

Paid training and traffic safety certification are included.
