Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Athens, Ohio is seeking a Protector to manage traffic control at job sites and maintain a safe work environment. Training is provided with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities include setting up cones, signs, barricades, guiding traffic, and ensuring equipment is clean and safe. The role may involve night shifts, weekends, or emergencies, outdoors in all weather.

Role Overview

The Protector is responsible for ensuring safety at job sites by setting up traffic control devices, guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles, and maintaining a safe work environment.

No prior experience or degree is required as comprehensive training is provided.

Key duties include assembling cones, signs, barricades, communicating effectively with team members and supervisors, and keeping equipment clean and safe.

The role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions, with potential shifts during nights, weekends, or emergency situations, and standing or walking for extended periods.

Compensation & Advancement

Pay: $18.36–$20.07 per hour, with overtime and pay increases in the first year.

Paid training and traffic safety certification included.
