Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Staunton, VA is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to join a crew at various job sites. You will set up cones, signs, barricades, and guide traffic with stop/slow paddles while monitoring activity.

Work outdoors in all weather, nights or weekends as needed. Training leads to traffic safety certification; opportunities for overtime, raises, PTO and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Candidate must be able to stand, walk, and lift 40–50 pounds.
• Ability to work in traffic and tolerate weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule and punctuality are required.
• Must pass pre-hire screening, including drug tests.
• Stay alert around moving traffic and interact respectfully.
