Coastal Elite Pro in Allentown is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to support safety and traffic control at various job sites. No prior experience required; comprehensive training and support are provided.

You will set up cones, signs, barricades, and equipment, guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, and monitor site activity. The role is outdoors in all weather, requiring standing or walking for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-hire screening including a drug test.
• Adhere to safety rules and stay alert around moving traffic.

• Maintaining cleanliness and safety of vehicles and equipment
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Standing or walking for extended periods

Qualifications

include a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 40–50 pounds, willingness to work in traffic and diverse weather, and a flexible schedule. Candidates must pass a pre-hire screening, including a drug test, and adhere to safety rules while staying alert around moving traffic. Respectful conduct toward coworkers, clients, and the public is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

include hourly pay ranging from $17.23 to $18.07, overtime availability, pay increases within the first year, paid training, and a traffic safety certification.
