Job Description

Role: As a Traffic Control Flagger, you will:

• Set up and maintain safe work zones with proper equipment.
• Work with team members to ensure everyone's safety.
• Manage traffic using stop/slow paddles effectively.
• Provide excellent service and protection to clients.
• Receive ongoing training to advance your career from entry-level to long-term roles.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift 50-60 lbs.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings.
• Driving experience is preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including a drug test, due to the safety-sensitive nature of the role.

Additional Information

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: $18.00 to $18.75/hour, with overtime opportunities and a guaranteed pay increase within the first year.
• Rapid Advancement: Opportunities to progress to Senior Protector in 4 months, with further growth to Lead Protector, Field Supervisor, or Manager roles.
• Comprehensive Training: Paid, on-the-job training including ATSSA certification and defensive driving, with ongoing professional development.
