An established industry player is seeking exceptional SUAS Flight Instructors/Operators to provide critical training and support to military students. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can thrive with minimal supervision and adapt training to meet diverse student needs. Instructors will be responsible for maintaining accurate training records and motivating students, ensuring they meet course objectives. Ideal candidates will possess a clean driving record and be certified SUAS operators, ready to travel to various locations for training sessions. MAG is searching for an exceptional SUAS Flight Instructor/Operator to provide training and service support to various customers. The ideal candidate can work independently, is highly organized, detail-oriented, personable, and exercises sound judgment.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Provide initial qualification SUAS training for military students at various facilities both CONUS and OCONUS, including non-combat and austere environments. Flight instruction may be performed with students who have limited or no flight experience. Training is based on a structured POI aligned with Army standards. Instructors must tailor instruction to individual student progress, maintain accurate training records, document deficiencies, suggest corrective actions, and motivate students. The Master Trainer may modify course materials, conduct instructional design, and update training media.
