Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Alliance, OH is seeking a traffic control professional to partner with a field team at job sites. You will help ensure traffic safety and guide vehicle flow, with comprehensive training provided. The role may involve nights, weekends, or emergency shifts, and you will operate and maintain equipment safely.

No prior experience or degree is required; you will receive paid training and opportunities for advancement into supervisory or managerial roles. Overtime is available.

Role Overview

• Standing or walking for extended periods, lifting 40-50 pounds, and adhering to safety guidelines

Qualifications include a valid driver’s license, physical ability to work outdoors, and a commitment to safety. The role requires flexibility, punctuality, and respectfulness towards coworkers and the public. Pre-employment screening, including drug testing, is mandatory.

Compensation ranges from $17.65 to $19.50 hourly, with overtime, pay increases, paid training, and potential advancement opportunities into supervisory or managerial roles. Benefits may include on-demand pay, PTO, referral bonuses, and more, subject to eligibility.
