No prior experience required as comprehensive training is provided; the role operates outdoors in all weather, including nights and weekends, with opportunities for advancement as you gain traffic safety certification.

Role Overview

As a Traffic Safety Protector, you work with a team at various job sites to ensure safety and traffic control. No prior experience or degree is required as comprehensive training is provided.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• setting up cones, signs, and barricades
• using stop/slow paddles to guide traffic
• monitoring site activity and following safety protocols
• communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
• maintaining vehicles and equipment safety and cleanliness

You will work outdoors in all weather conditions, standing or walking for extended periods, and may be required to work nights, weekends, or emergency shifts.

Compensation And Advancement

• Hourly pay between $17.23 and $18.07, with overtime and pay increases
