Responsibilities:

1. Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips according to ATSSA and DOT regulations
2. Load and unload work zone equipment
3. Drive company vehicle safely between job sites
4. Complete paperwork promptly
5. Wear proper PPE and adhere to safety policies
6. Read and understand safety manuals and employee handbook
7. Report to a Field Supervisor and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable communication for scheduling
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds
• Pass a drug screening prior to employment and maintain a drug-free status
• Ability to stand for entire shift and perform flagging duties
