This is an entry-level, temporary position offering a pay range of $13.50/hr - $14.50/hr, with opportunities for promotion, raises, and benefits. No experience is necessary.

Responsibilities:

1. Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips according to ATSSA and DOT regulations.
2. Load and unload work zone equipment.
3. Drive company vehicles safely to and from job sites.
4. Complete paperwork promptly.
5. Wear and maintain proper PPE.
6. Read and understand safety manuals and employee handbook.
7. Report to a Field Supervisor.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable communication.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Pass a drug screening.
• Stand for entire shift; hand and arm movement required.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Perform flagging duties physically.
