Looking for a job with promotion opportunities? We offer on-the-job training, weekly pay, overtime, and raises for time earned! No experience is necessary for this entry-level position. This is a general labor position that starts at $13.50/hourly. Safety is our priority at WRIGHT, a family-owned and operated business for over 40 years. Responsibilities:

1. Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips according to ATSSA and DOT regulations.
2. Load and unload work zone equipment to and from the company vehicle.
3. Drive the company vehicle to and from job sites safely.
4. Complete all paperwork in a timely manner.
5. Wear and maintain proper PPE as per Wright policies.
6. Read and understand Wright safety manual and employee handbook.
7. Report directly to a Field Supervisor.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Must be at least 18 years old.
2. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
3. Reliable communication to receive work schedules.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to work in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
6. Pass a drug screening prior to employment and remain drug-free.
7. Ability to stand throughout the shift with required hand and arm movements.
8. Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform flagging duties physically.
