This is a general labor position starting at $13.50/hr.

Responsibilities:

1. Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips according to ATSSA and DOT regulations.
2. Load and unload work zone equipment to and from the company vehicle.
3. Drive the company vehicle to and from job sites safely.
4. Complete all paperwork promptly.
5. Wear and maintain proper PPE according to Wright-specific policy.
6. Read and understand the Wright safety manual and employee handbook.
7. Report directly to a Field Supervisor.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Must be at least 18 years old.
2. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
3. Reliable communication to receive work schedules.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to work in all weather conditions, tolerating heat, cold, and rain.
6. Pass a drug screening prior to employment and remain drug-free.
7. Ability to stand throughout the shift; hand and arm movements are required.
8. Limited breaks during the shift.
9. Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
10. Physically capable of performing flagging duties.
