Traffic Control Flagger at Wright

Join us for the Traffic Control Flagger role at Wright.

Position Details:

• Entry-level position starting at $13.50/hr
• No experience necessary
• Full training provided, including ATSSA certification and DOT certification potential

Responsibilities:

1. Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones with warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips according to ATSSA and DOT regulations
2. Load and unload work zone equipment
3. Operate company vehicle safely to and from job sites
4. Complete paperwork promptly
5. Wear and maintain proper PPE
6. Follow safety protocols outlined in Wright safety manual and employee handbook
7. Report to a Field Supervisor
8. Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable communication for scheduling
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, tolerate heat, cold, and rain
• Pass a drug screening
• Stand for entire shift; capable of lifting 50 pounds and performing flagging duties
