Job description

Job Title: Traffic Control Flagger / Technician / Supervisor

Looking for a job with promotion opportunities? We offer on-the-job training, weekly pay, overtime, and raises based on tenure! No experience necessary for this entry-level position. Responsibilities:

1. Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips according to ATSSA and DOT regulations.
2. Load and unload work zone equipment to and from the company vehicle.
3. Drive the company vehicle to and from job sites safely.
4. Complete all paperwork promptly.
5. Wear and maintain proper PPE as per Wright policies.
6. Read and understand the Wright safety manual and employee handbook.
7. Report directly to a Field Supervisor.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable communication for work schedules.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Pass a drug screening prior to employment and remain drug-free.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift; hand and arm movement required.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds and performing flagging duties.
