Join Our Team as a Traffic Control Flagger at Wright

No experience needed for this entry-level position! Starting pay is $13.50/hour.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and dismantle temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips, following ATSSA and DOT standards.
• Load and unload work zone equipment.
• Safely operate company vehicles to and from job sites.
• Complete paperwork promptly.
• Wear and maintain proper PPE as per Wright policies.
• Understand and follow Wright safety manual and employee handbook.
• Report directly to a Field Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable communication for work schedules.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening and remain drug-free.
• Ability to stand for entire shifts, with hand and arm movements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Physically capable of performing flagging duties.
