Responsibilities

• Control traffic at active worksites using hand signs and paddles
• Prepare flags, cones, signs, and markers
• Assist in general construction work under supervision
• Drive safely and adhere to company safe driving policies
• Follow local, state, and federal DOT guidelines
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment
• Perform work in various weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience
• Valid State driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous flagging experience preferred

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Regularly: work alone in remote locations, operate vehicles, lift 10-25 lbs, bend, stand, walk, climb stairs, use keyboard/mouse
• Occasionally: lift 26-55 lbs, work with arms above shoulder level
