Job Description

As a Traffic Control Flagger, your responsibilities include:

• Establishing and maintaining safe work zones with proper equipment.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure safety.
• Managing traffic flow using stop/slow paddles.
• Providing excellent service and protection to clients.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift 50-60 lbs.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings.
• Driving experience.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including drug tests, as this is a safety-sensitive role.

Additional Information

• Competitive pay: $15.50 to $16.25/hour, with overtime and pay increases within the first year.
• Rapid advancement: Potential to become a Senior Protector in 4 months, with further growth opportunities.
• Training: Paid, including ATSSA certification and defensive driving, with ongoing development.
