Job Description

As a Traffic Control Flagger, your key responsibilities include:

• Establishing and maintaining safe work zones with proper equipment.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure safety.
• Managing traffic flow using stop/slow paddles.
• Providing excellent service and protection for clients.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift 50-60 lbs.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings.
• Driving experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including drug testing, due to safety-sensitive nature.

Additional Information

• Pay: $18.00 to $18.75/hour, based on experience, with overtime and potential pay increases within the first year.
• Advancement: Opportunities to move to Senior Protector in 4 months, with further growth to Lead Protector, Field Supervisor, or Manager roles.
• Training: Paid, on-the-job training, including ATSSA certification and defensive driving, with ongoing professional development.
