Job Description: Traffic Control Flagger

Join our team as a Traffic Control Flagger, an entry-level position offering opportunities for growth, with no prior experience necessary. We provide on-the-job training, weekly pay, overtime, and raises based on performance. Responsibilities:

1. Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips, following ATSSA and DOT regulations.
2. Load and unload work zone equipment.
3. Drive company vehicles safely to and from job sites.
4. Complete paperwork promptly.
5. Wear and maintain proper PPE according to Wright policies.
6. Read and understand safety manuals and employee handbook.
7. Report to a Field Supervisor and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable communication for work scheduling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Pass a drug screening prior to employment.
• Ability to stand for entire shifts and perform flagging duties, lifting up to 50 pounds.
