Responsibilities:
  • Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips, according to ATSSA and DOT regulations.
  • Load and unload work zone equipment.
  • Drive company vehicles safely to and from job sites.
  • Complete necessary paperwork promptly.
  • Wear and maintain proper PPE per Wright policies.
  • Read and understand safety manuals and employee handbook.
  • Report to a Field Supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Reliable communication for work schedules.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Pass a drug screening prior to employment.
  • Ability to stand throughout shifts and perform flagging duties.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds.
