Job summary

Arrive Alive Traffic Control LLC is seeking an Estimator to generate accurate, competitive bids for traffic control projects. You will analyze plans, perform takeoffs, and prepare formal quotes while maintaining strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates will have experience in estimating, a client-focused mindset, and proficiency with estimating software, ensuring timely submissions and successful project handoffs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend traffic control plans.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to perform quantity takeoffs from plans.
• Knowledge of MUTCD and FDOT standards.
• FDOT Advanced MOT or ATSSA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze construction plans and traffic control drawings.
• Prepare detailed material and labor takeoffs.
• Generate quotes and proposals using estimating software.
• Communicate with clients to clarify project details.
• Coordinate with operations for project handoff after award.
