Qualifications

• Familiarity with two-way radio systems or communication equipment.

• Willingness to rotate shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor traffic conditions using cameras and software.
• Receive and respond to phone calls regarding roadway conditions and incidents.
• Enter and update information in computer systems accurately.
• Coordinate with emergency responders and field personnel.
• Provide real-time traveler information to motorists.
• Dispatch and monitor Road Ranger Safety Patrol operators.
• Maintain records and shift reports.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Support safe and efficient transportation system.
