Qualifications

• Full-time availability; shifts vary daily.
• Stand for 8+ hours and maintain focus.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass drug screen and have a valid license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather.
• High school diploma preferred; traffic control certification provided at orientation.

Responsibilities

• Control vehicle and pedestrian traffic with signs, paddles, or flags.
• Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control zones with signs and cones.
• Communicate with drivers to guide safe traffic flow.
• Monitor activity and respond to safety hazards.
• Coordinate with supervisors using hand signals or radios.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE.
• Warn workers when signals are ignored to prevent accidents.
• Assist with loading/unloading traffic control equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
