Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional IT desktop support
• Experience with Windows, Office, devices
• Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies
• Basic Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
• Basic networking understanding
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Willingness to travel to client offices in NYC, Stamford, Greenwich

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support to client users.
• Troubleshoot desktop, software, hardware, mobile devices, and connectivity issues.
• Use a ticketing system to document, manage, and resolve requests.
• Escalate technical issues to Systems Engineers when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation.
• Support client users and infrastructure across NYC, Stamford, and Greenwich as needed.
