OTC Markets Group Inc. in India is seeking an experienced Associate, Financial Application Support Specialist to join our Application Support/IT Infrastructure team in our India location.

The role requires hands-on support of trading system applications, incident management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure enterprise stability and performance. Strong FIX, UNIX/Linux, scripting, and AWS skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; CS is a plus.
• Experience in FIX protocol and application support.
• Knowledge of trading lifecycle and financial terminology.

Responsabilités

• Install, administer, and support trading system applications.
• Document runbooks and recovery procedures for apps and services.
• Monitor trade flows, connections, and processes.
• Act as SME for application support and coordinate incident escalations.
• Support FIX onboarding, connectivity production troubleshooting, and client inquiries.
• Help improve service resiliency and monitor regulatory reporting obligations.
