Job summary

Wealth Enhancement is seeking a Trading Associate for our Cleveland (East), OH office. This on-site role provides day-to-day support for advisor teams, handling trade execution, operational tasks, and process improvements.

The base salary range is $50,000 to $60,000, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–3 years in trading or financial services, with Series 7/66 preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, finance, economics, or related field.
1-3 years' experience in trading, financial advisory, asset management, or financial planning.
Series 7, 66 licenses preferred.
Extensive knowledge of Orion Eclipse and broker-dealer/custodian platforms preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Process routine investment trades with accuracy.
Execute trades in Orion Eclipse and custodial platforms per procedures.
Review trade details for accuracy and compliance with instructions.
Monitor accounts for trade status and basic exceptions; escalate issues as needed.
Learn trading procedures and build proficiency through training and hands-on practice.
