Everforth Apex in Berwyn, PA seeks a Senior Specialist, Trading Services to support execution and oversight of SMA and UMA trading programs. You will implement portfolios, manage models, monitor trades, and provide operational support across the managed account lifecycle.

Collaborate with investment managers, sponsors, financial advisors, and partners to ensure accurate trading, robust controls, and a seamless client experience. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in trading operations are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in trading services, investment operations, or related field.
• Experience with SMA/UMA, model management, and portfolio trading preferred.
• Knowledge of investment products and trading operations in asset/wealth management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and exception management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills across stakeholder groups.

Responsabilités

• Support execution and oversight of trading activities for SMA and UMA programs.
• Manage and reconcile investment manager models for accurate portfolio implementation.
• Administer delivery, maintenance, and validation of model data for sponsors and managers.
• Monitor trading workflows and account activity for timely, accurate execution.
• Investigate and resolve trade exceptions and operational issues with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Client Service, and Relationship Management teams for enhancements.
