Job summary

Vestmark Advisory Solutions (VAS) seeks an experienced trader to implement trades to Manager Models and support SMA, MSP, and UMA sponsors. You will handle trade order management, pre- and post-trade servicing, and ensure timely execution.

The role requires strong analytical skills, a Bachelor’s degree, and 3+ years in SMA/UMA or wealth management, with proficiency in MS Office and attention to detail. Team collaboration is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years SMA/UMA or wealth management experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for trading process improvements and efficiency.
• Process client model changes and generate required ATB block trade orders with controls.
• Handle maintenance requests (new accounts, cash flows, terminations, tax harvests) by rebalancing and routing orders.
• Communicate client model changes to sponsors per ATB rotation within SLAs and controls.
• Perform trading services to connect Vestmark with sponsors and ensure execution and reconciliation.
